Affiliate programme terms

The programme is one tier only. It rewards genuine paid EdgeLab21 subscriptions, not recruitment, deposits, wagering or downstream activity.
1. Eligibility and approval
Participation is available only where offered and lawful. You must be an adult, maintain accurate account and tax information, complete Stripe verification, and satisfy the membership and compliance criteria displayed in your account. Admission and continued participation are subject to review.
2. One-tier commission
The standard rate is 25% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected from a customer directly attributed to your referral code. There is no second tier, upline, downline, rank, headcount, recruitment bonus or commission merely for another person joining the programme.
3. Eligible revenue
Eligible revenue excludes taxes, refunds, credits, discounts, disputed or fraudulent payments, failed payments, self-referrals and transactions we reasonably determine are abusive. A referral is attributed once under the programme’s technical and fraud controls. The rate applied when an eligible ledger entry is created remains attached to that entry.
4. Hold, minimum and payout
Commission is held for at least 30 days for refunds and disputes and is payable only after it becomes available. The default minimum payout is US$50, subject to currency and transfer availability. Stripe handles identity, bank and payout information. Transfer timing can be affected by verification, sanctions screening, reserves, disputes, weekends and banking systems.
5. Reversals and negative adjustments
Refunds, disputes, fraud, duplicate credits and billing corrections can reverse commission. A reversal may offset pending or future commission. We will not debit a personal bank account through the programme without a lawful basis and clear notice, but Stripe or applicable programme terms may restrict payouts while an account balance is unresolved.
6. Promotion rules
You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship; make only accurate, supportable claims; use lawful marketing channels; and respect consent, anti-spam, advertising and platform rules. You must not promise winnings, guaranteed profit or typical earnings; imply that EdgeLab21 or Stripe endorses you; impersonate us; bid on our trade marks without permission; use cookie stuffing, forced redirects or misleading domains; publish fake reviews; or target minors or self-excluded people.
7. Prohibited recruitment and conduct
Do not charge anyone to become your referral, buy subscriptions through your own code, create circular referrals, offer unapproved rebates, recruit mainly by promoting affiliate income, or present the programme as employment, investment, franchise, multi-level marketing or a get-rich-quick opportunity. Earnings may be zero and depend on genuine customers choosing and retaining the service.
8. Taxes and independent status
You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner or representative of EdgeLab21. You are responsible for tax registration, reporting and payment applicable to commission. EdgeLab21 and Stripe may request tax forms and make legally required reports or withholding.
9. Monitoring, suspension and closure
We may review traffic and payment patterns, request evidence, pause attribution or payouts, reject suspicious referrals, or close participation for breach, fraud, legal risk or processor requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and allow a response. Valid accrued amounts remain subject to holds, reversals and legal obligations.
10. Changes and contact
We may change the rate or programme prospectively with notice. Changes do not rewrite immutable historical commission entries. The programme may be discontinued, subject to lawful treatment of eligible accrued balances. Use the contact form. Version: 2026-08-16.
