Terms of service

These terms govern your use of EdgeLab21. They explain the analytical service, recurring membership, lawful-use rules and the limits of model output.
1. Contract and acceptance
Your contract is for the EdgeLab21 service. By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using EdgeLab21, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Signed-in users can use the authenticated contact form for support or legal notices.
2. What EdgeLab21 provides
EdgeLab21 is subscription software for studying blackjack rules, count systems, strategy decisions, bankroll models and user-recorded roulette observations. It provides mathematical analysis and practice tools. It is not a casino, bookmaker, gambling operator, payment intermediary, financial adviser or investment service; it does not accept, place or settle wagers and does not award prizes.
3. Eligibility and location
You must be at least 18 and at least the legal age for the relevant activity where you live. You may use the service only where access and use are lawful. You are responsible for checking local law, licensing restrictions and venue rules. We may restrict countries, accounts or features where legal, sanctions, processor or safety requirements make this necessary.
4. Analytical and practice use only
Do not use EdgeLab21 during casino play, to automate interaction with a gaming operator, or anywhere electronic assistance is prohibited. Do not conceal device use, evade venue controls or use the service to breach another party’s rules. EdgeLab21 is designed for private analysis, simulation, record review and practice.
5. Accounts and security
Sign-in is provided through Google. You must provide accurate information, keep your Google account secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may suspend an account to investigate fraud, security incidents, chargebacks or material breaches.
6. Membership and automatic renewal
The monthly plan costs US$299 and renews every month; the annual plan costs US$1,799 and renews every year. The selected price, billing interval, currency and any tax are shown again at Stripe Checkout before payment. Membership starts after successful payment and continues until cancelled. We will not introduce a trial or promotional renewal price without clearly disclosing its duration and renewal price before purchase.
7. Immediate digital access
By requesting immediate access at checkout, you ask us to begin supplying the digital service before any statutory cancellation period expires. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where the law permits a deduction for service already supplied after your express request, that deduction may apply.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal available from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; access continues until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee. 9. Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable after digital access begins and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, changed circumstances, losses, venue decisions or dissatisfaction with analytical results. Duplicate charges, billing errors, unavailable paid service and valid mandatory consumer cancellation rights will be reviewed promptly under our refund policy.
10. Changes to price or service
We may improve, replace or discontinue features. Material reductions affecting a paid period will be handled fairly and without limiting mandatory rights. Price changes apply no earlier than a future renewal and will be notified in advance; you may cancel before they take effect.
11. Model limitations and no guarantee
Counts, strategy outputs, estimated edges, bankroll figures, risk-of-ruin figures and roulette statistics are models based on user inputs and assumptions. Inputs can be wrong, rules can change, and variance can produce losses even where a model is correct. Past roulette outcomes do not predict an unbiased wheel. No output guarantees accuracy, legality, availability of an advantage, profit or any particular result. You remain solely responsible for decisions and money risked.
12. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with security; scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service; inject malicious code; impersonate others; misuse payment methods; infringe intellectual property; upload unlawful material; automate venue data collection; or use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct. Reasonable personal exports and legally protected reverse engineering rights are unaffected.
13. Referral programme
If enabled, the programme is one tier only and pays for eligible, genuine subscription revenue—not for recruiting people or building a downline. It is governed by the Affiliate programme terms. Commissions may be held, reversed or withheld for refunds, disputes, fraud, self-referrals, misleading promotion, sanctions, tax or verification requirements. Participation never guarantees earnings.
14. Intellectual property
The service, interface, software, models, copy and branding are owned by or licensed to EdgeLab21. Membership gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while your account is eligible. It does not transfer ownership or allow resale, sublicensing or creation of a competing service from our protected materials.
15. Third-party services and operator links
Google provides authentication. Stripe processes membership payments. Wise processes affiliate batch payments. The casino directory links to independent gambling operators. A listing is not a licence, safety or outcome guarantee, and EdgeLab21 does not control operator accounts, eligibility checks, games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals or wagers. You must verify the operator is licensed and lawful for your location. Any paid placement or affiliate relationship will be disclosed on the directory. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, unlawful use, security risk or material breach. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Termination does not erase accrued payment, tax, fraud, dispute or legal records that must be retained.
17. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for gambling losses, venue action, indirect loss, loss of profit or decisions based on model output. For paid-service claims, our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
18. Governing law and disputes
Applicable law and any mandatory consumer forum govern disputes relating to these terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Nothing removes a mandatory consumer remedy, law or forum.
19. Changes and severability
We may update these terms for legal, security, payment or product changes. Material changes will be notified where reasonably possible and apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Version: 2026-08-26.
